How to Return an Item

Simply download, complete, and include our Return Form with your return or exchange. For exchanges, we prefer that you order your replacement item(s) right away at earthtec.com to ensure availability.

You are responsible for return postage/shipping. We recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be responsible for return shipments that do not make it to us.

Our Return Policy

Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by an original receipt. Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless we made an error in shipping your order.
